The other company wouldn't even bid on this saying I was past due for a new roof and they'd only do if I had them replace the whole roof. They gave e a quote for new roof. I asked Jason for a quote for a new roof. His bid was thousands of dollars less AND he was able to juggle his schedule so they could do everything the following week so gutters could be put up. I HIGHLY recommend Building Envelope System Techs!!"

"Jim Rentfro is the owner.  It was a more expensive roofing material that we used.  Jim is very good at listening to what you want.  He gives lots of choices and explains the difference in styles in quality.  He was very good with talking things over with me if anything changed as they were doing the work.  He was the same person after I contracted with him.  If I had concerns, he was available.  The job turned out good.  It looks good and we don't have any leaks.  I got other bids and this was the best one.  I have a rental that I may use him again for."
