For anyone who hasn’t had home repair, you will need to pay for materials up front, usually 15 percent to 35 percent depending on cost. The remainder due upon completion. Tim is competitive on pricing and will work with you if you have to work. I trusted him to be at my house for several days by himself while I was not there and working. Be weary of other companies who bid on jobs without actually coming out and seeing what needs to be repaired, Tim was one of the few who took the time to come out and accurately price the job with no surprises, everything was up front before he started the job and nothing changed as far as scope of work or price.
