"Went ok. It worked for one day, but then they had to come back out and replace the same part. Mohammed is always professional and knows what he is doing. We'd give higher rating, but can take some time to schedule an appointment, and then fairly big appointment window. We keep using them (3rd time or so) because the technician is very good, and quick to point out things that truly need addressed. Plus, no hassle or questions when they had to come back out to redo the fix. Prices are pretty standard with rest of the appliance cadre in the area."

"They very responsive, cordial and came ahead of time. The repair man Jason was respectful of my home and cleaned up after the job. His job was a little (maybe a lot) more difficult because we tried to fix the oven ourselves. We took a lot of pieces apart, had many screws laying around but couldn t remember how to put it all back together. Tough job that most people would turn down! "Repairman Chad is an extremely knowledgeable professional who did give up until he identified the problem with my induction stove top. And it was an electrical problem and not the stovetop at all. He is courteous, pleasant , and was very mindful not to damage the hardwood floor. I was able to get an appoimtment the day I called and Chad arrived at the expected time. There was even a courtesy phone call to let me know of his ETA. I am very pleased with the service provided."

They sent me a tracker so I knew exactly when they repair person would arrive. All went well, no delays. Also gave me advice on another issue I had. I liked that they were honest about value for money and whether it was worth fixing something vs replacing it altogether. The price was comparable to other work that I have had done. The problem is that overall prices are too high in this area and I doubt I would have found a better deal if I had shopped around.
