"Our brick ranch house was in need of TLC on the old fiber board siding, which my wife and I have painted four times ourselves. We wanted to make the exterior maintenance free with a good quality vinyl siding. We contacted five separate companies, four of which were listed in Angie’s list, to get estimates. We chose The Home Improvement Co. They were neither the highest nor the lowest estimate. We based our decision on the reviews in Angie’s list, pictures of the work that had been accomplished on other jobs, and Matt’s straight forward honest presentation. Matt convinced us that one of the most important details of this work is an experienced crew that knows how to work with the material. We had chosen the insulated backed vinyl siding. The crew (Kevin and Rueben) and Matt arrived Friday and started the demolition on the west side of the house. We were having all the old siding removed and replaced with new board, moisture barrier, and the vinyl siding. They completed that side including cleanup in one day. The whole job was completed by the following Friday. The crew was great. They were friendly and professional, and they worked well together as a team. They answered any question we had and honored any request we made. They also wrapped all the windows and doors with aluminum coil. They transformed the exterior of our home. We are completely satisfied. We comment to each other every time we pull into the driveway how good our home looks now. We still plan on replacement windows and a new back door. "Joe was terrific.  We had a bathroom whirpool tub that leaked and flooded the floor below.  We'd had some plumbers out to look at it in the past and no one would touch it or else couldn't find the problem.  I gave Joe a call and was certain we were going to be told that we needed a new tub again, but instead, Joe found the problem immediately (within seconds) and had a quick and easy solution for us.  Joe explained to us what the issues were and how he was going to go about fixing it and then went to work.  I would definitely use Joe again and recommend him to people.
