"Dealing with Colin was a major issue. Many of the boards used are cracked or split. During the placement of decking boards many are cut and spliced together when.could used a full board. Many of the cuts around poles are poorly completed. It took three times to finally pass inspection. I wouldn't recommend Colin nor better built for decking. Just look at few photos provided. Have many texts that shows the unprofessionalism of the company. Just very disappointed with the quality and the price but mostly the inconveniences."

"Elegance Outdoor finished our entire project in just over one week. I am extremely hard to please, as my wife says,  but on this particular project Brandon with Elegance Outdoor met our expectation beyond our imagination. I can not explain the craftsmanship in his work. Every saw cut he made was precise. Brandon was very professional when speaking with us and when he got to an area that could have possibly been built two different ways he would build it both ways and then have us make our decision on which way we would like it. Would we hire Elegance Outdoor for another project? "We recently moved in to a 20 year old house.  All of the exterior door are in need of some repari and/or replacemtnt.  Complete Window and Door came out to give us an estimate and took the time to answer all of our questions.  While the cost seemed high, we did decide to go with a high quality door that has a lifetime warranty.  The sales man took the time to explain the added benefits of using a Provia door. 
The foreman installed the door in a few hours and it looks great.  We also purchased door hardware from the company as well - they took care of everything.
There was a piece that was bent and they told us they would take care of it right away to make it right.  I appreciated that they were upfront about this and had a solution before I had to ask for one.
We will definitely use them again in the future.  They returned our calls in a timely manner and were great to work with.

"I'm very happy with it. When I had my windows done throughout the house, I had one that cracked and they told me they would repair that when they put the garden window in and they did not do that. Some of the insulation that they put around the window is coming out and they were suppose to replace that, or at least bring it to me so that I could replace it and they did not do that. When I first decided on the garden window I thought I would pay it off monthly and they ran it through some company called GreenSky and meanwhile I changed my mind and decided to pay it off and get it over with and I still to this day get statements from GreenSky. I have called Bee window and the person has not called me back to call them and cancel that. I realize it might be already in the system and that may be why I may be getting a bill. I don't like it that I keep getting late charges. I don't own GreenSky a penny and I called and cancelled with them, but they want to hear from Bee window that the contract was cancelled and paid in full. 
Some people might think it's nit picking about the cracked window and the insulation coming out from the windows. But when you pay a decent price for something, you expect it to do it's job.
