"Exceptional work! We had Mike design our basement layout, and had a fantastic experience. Not only did we like the results, the contractors we sent the plans to said his design was some of the best they had seen (dimensions, completeness, etc). We opted to have Mike provide 3 initial designs, and paid extra for 3d renderings which were well worth the money to visualize the completed space. Our designs included a closet, exercise area, dining area, bedroom, office, bathroom, family room (with kitchenette), and a TV wall. I have zero regrets, and Mike was easy to work with, turned the designs around per our timeline, and provided all of the drawings needed to bid out the work. I would recommend him to anyone!"

"Heather is a delight to work with and has been the design genius for our new house. i'd gladly give her a 10 on a scale of 1 to 5. She designed the color scheme for the entire house, made a suggestion for backsplash that transformed the kitchen from nice to great, she went with me to choose carpet that is better than I could have ever done myself. She worked wonderfully with the contractors on placement of colors in transition areas and they loved working with her. She figured out how to arrange furniture in a space that is difficult to work with. I cannot recommend her too highly. She creative, smart, very responsive, fun and charming to work with in every way. Our house went from ho hum to fabulous all due to her creative genius. I love working with her and trust her totally. Now I can't wait for another project to do with her."

"Design Q & A (Paul) was the catalyst for making decisions we had procrastinated on for years. He generated many alternative ideas and designs based on what we said we wanted and what he thought we might need, with numerous critical questions along the way. Also feedback on detail design choices and placement. Multiple design cycles. The designs we ended up with, while not actual blueprints, were detailed enough for professional remodelers to use. We moved a bedroom from upstairs to basement, doubled the upstairs bathroom size, grew the primary bedroom, added a walk-in closet, and repaired the basement flood damage. Many things we should have done long ago. Paul got us going to a better place."

She gave me ideas on proper furniture placement in my awkward living room space, color recommendations, tips for furnishing and window treatment ideas for my 3 season porch, all of which I am in the process of implementing. She offered her vast resource knowledge to help implement these improvements and said I could call her at anytime. I appreciate the fact that she does not contact me for followup; rather she gives me some space. "Although we tried one of her floor plans, my husband had a suggestion that ultimately worked better.  We liked her recommendation for a new window treatment in the kitchen dining area as well as for a new lighting fixture.  Debbie also reviewed a couple of ideas I had for a different bed covering, and we are both very happy with the one we chose.  <br /> <br /> On another day, Debbie spent a couple of hours helping with picture placement, and we are both very pleased with that endeavor."

"The bar in my basement knotty pine rec room was not being used and to access the area behind the bar you had to stoop low to get thru the tiny bar door...very uncomfortable. The lighting in that room was also very dim and dated. I basically wanted an area to store items that were gathering in the room and cluttering it up. I was not looking for a big redo of the room. Rob and son took out the bar but were able to save some of the knotty pine from one wall behind the bar and use it to form the walls around the new door to the closet they built. Then they put up drywall for that removed wall in the closet. They removed cabinets that were behind the bar to give me more storage room for the bigger items I wanted to put in the closet. They moved an electric outlet that was in the back of the closet area and put it outside the closet so I can access it to plug in a TV. They installed a switch for a ceiling light already in the closet area so it was no longer operated by a string pull. They patched up 2 holes in the wall that had been cut out for stereo speakers with wood they removed from the bar. They also took out 3 old ceiling light fixtures and installed 8 canned dimmable lights in two zones to cover the whole room. They cut up any wood left from the bar, etc into pieces I can fit in my garbage can...least expensive way to get rid of it. They cleaned well when done. I am very happy with the work done and feel Rob got a good grip on what i hoped to accomplish. It was a relatively small job for him but I felt he cared a lot that I was happy and satisfied with how it turned out. The work took about 1 2/3 days to complete."

"My wife and I had a remodeling job thrust upon us the week before Thanksgiving when a water connection burst in our kitchen and ruined some of the cabinets.  As we considered our options for our master bath, kitchen and basement remodel, we decided to use an interior designer to help us make choices that would make our house go from "nice" to "wow".  I looked up many interior designers online and liked Emily's portfolio.  She responded to our inquiry very quickly and set up meetings at our house, and "shopping" trips at tile stores.  We have been very impressed with her energy, professionalism and quick analysis of our style.  When we bought our house 11 years ago we took out almost all of the first level flooring (carpet, tile and kitchen linoleum) and installed Brazilian cherry hardwood flooring.  We love the warmth and look of the Brazilian cherry, but were never really satisfied with how sat against the honey-oak cabinets in the kitchen.  As a result of this "sudden remodeling job" we decided to keep the flooring and design the kitchen around that as our primary element.  Emily walked us through color options to provide contrast to the floor and help it become more of a showpiece.  We're very excited to show of our new kitchen with color coordinated cabinets, tile backsplash, quartz countertops and new light fixtures when it's completed.  Emily also helped us redesign a basement bar, choose carpet color for the basement, and new tile/theme for a master bathroom.  The entire experience with Emily has been wonderful.  It's easily the best money we've spent on this entire project. <br />"
