"First let me just say that we are absolutely thrilled with our major re-imagining of our kitchen, new conservatory room and of course our master bathroom. Tell projects is a family owned business. We selected them from others we interviewed because they have an excellent reputation and provide personal service and attention to detail from the design phase to demolition, construction and finishing. Ours was a major renovation involving changing the entire load bearing structure of our house, creating new indoor space from what was previously an outdoor patio and then a complete renovation of our entire kitchen and master bathroom. All of the work was custom made and executed by Tell's own craftsmen. The attention to detail was quite impressive, right down to the project manager personally walking our property regularly with us to plan and make adjustments to the project as necessary. With such a major renovation, invariably, changes will be made and delays will occur due to weather, materials on backorder etc, but throughout the entire process, the design team, the project manager and the staff at Tell were always working to meet and exceed our needs. We even had regular discussions with the owner who often reached out to us to gauge our level of satisfaction. There is no such thing as a perfect world, and there were times when we had some concerns about some minor issues relating to prep work ahead of our appliance install date, but the folks at Tell were relentless and they got it right and the end result was spectacular. Kudos to Ellie, Adrianna, Zach, Adner, Fernando , Denis and Gustavo. I know I have not mentioned everyone due to space constraints but let me leave with this. If you want your project completed as perfectly as possible by people who actually CARE about their work and take pride in what they do, choose Tell Projects but hey, don't take my word for it....look for yourself"

"Matt and his team did a fantastic job installing my bathroom floor and light fixture. I initially hired Hickory Remodeling & Construction to reinstall my toilet, install a new garbage disposal, and repair my back door. They did such a great job, I wanted them to complete more work. I’m looking forward to Matt and his team to funds my bathroom by installing a new shower door, repairing my bathtub, and painting my entire bathroom. "Team did not know what they were doing, always confused. Starz overquoted and underperformed. They used nails instead of screws, causing deep holes, missing nails, loose ends, cheap, splintered wood, and deck was 50 inches tall, requested 52. There were various cuts in the wood, wood splitting, a piece of wood loose where they cut the post hole and didn't secure it to the deck. For the pool, they used regular sand, not compaction sand. The bottom of the pool is bumpy. They put the pool coves behind the uprights holding the frame firm. They had to take the pool apart to take out the coves and put back the uprights. The first time they installed the pool, it was 2 inches higher than the deck. They broke down the pool and removed sand on one side to meet up with the deck. The pool is lopsided and water is 6 inches deeper on one side. I had to pay an additional $300 for them to reinstall. The second time they installed the pool, it still did not flush with the deck. I have to redo it all."

"Colony Builders are the best in the business! Our house was impacted by the Watson Grinding Explosion and the damages were severe as we are located 800 feet away. We had blown out windows structural damage, collapsing ceilings, etc. Once we decided to hire Colony Builders they started the next week! We did a complete remodel, replacing the entire house with siding, all the windows, all the carpet with laminate including our staircase, our deck & fence in the back yard and tore down our two door garage to make one large automatic one. The crews that came out we're hardworking and communicated with us every step of the way. Our repairs began on April 16th and finished within 2 short months on June 2nd!!! A complete remodel and they worked diligently to get us back to our house as soon as possible. Long story short HIRE THEM! You'll be so happy with the end result. I know if we need anything in the future this company will be our go to."

"The owner has tremendous vision of space and design, quickly assimilated my needs, suggestions, and ideas into a plan. We experienced some intermittent delays, but found all materials, selections, and colors available. When i made a change in colors on a couple different materials, Shane did not complain, but assigned his crew to follow up, to our satisfaction. The overall job extended past the initial proposed completion. I am convinced no one else could have done the work as well as he and his crew. He coached and guided through material selection, while allowing us to have great wide range of choices in texture, color, and design. I am indeed so pleased with the remodeled space that I invite people to come in to see it even if they've seen it before. We waited a long time to renovate, with outstanding results.
