"Terrific response time! Called for quote at 12:24 pm. Jim quickly evaluated my need for two 50 gallon gas water heaters. Recommended Bradford White gas water heaters to replace my 20 year old rusting water heaters. His crew of 3 arrived at 1:30 pm and by 3:30 pm new water heaters installed and old water heaters removed from 3rd story walk in attic. Very efficient and clean installation. Price exactly as quoted. If you need water heater replacement call Jim at Water Heater Pros!!!"

"I recently had 100% Plumbing Houston install a tankless water heater in my home, and the entire experience was fantastic! From the initial consultation to the final installation, everything was handled professionally and efficiently. The technician walked me through the benefits of going tankless, helped me choose the right model, and explained the installation process clearly. On installation day, the team arrived on time, worked quickly, and made sure everything was set up perfectly. They were respectful of my home, cleaned up afterward, and even showed me how to operate and maintain the new system. "Company was nice but was charges an additional $250.00!! $165 for a $15 metal pan they placed on my stand before putting the water heater on my stand."

"Perfect. My technician was polite, professional and answered all my questions and concerns. In addition to the water heater flush, he replaced two leaky valves, showing me what the issue was and without being pushy (it may have been okay to wait, but I could see the potential issue myself). Thanks for a job well done and being so pleasant and helpful!!"
