"We called DoneRite after the water heater replacement company fiddled with the Town’s water supply end and somehow caused a blockage that shut off water supply coming into our house. Willis and his assistant arrived promptly and were confident in their assessment of the situation and their proposed solution. They were courteous in their interactions and also said that if their solution did not work then they would not charge us. The Town had informed us the previous day that they should be contacted first to come and shut off the Town end of the supply for any repair work. Willis was respectful of this request from us and waited patiently for half an hour for the Town to send their people. Willis suggested a replacement for our main water valve (which was very old and stuck), and also got our water supply back quickly. They also ensured that they had our new water heater turned on and running before leaving. We will not hesitate to contact Willis for any of our plumbing needs."

We had a non-working light fixture in the master bath that in today's world is not up to code. The young man from Beacon who answered our call was very knowledgeable of the fixtures and was able to repair the non-working one with instructions to us that we must find replacements of a design upon which we can agree and that meets the code for use in a damp area, ie, bathroom. Beacon came to our rescue and we will be calling on them going forward. All employees with whom we spoke and especially the technician who came to our home were extremely polite and professional."
