"VERY HIGHLY RECOMMEND this company. I don't normally write reviews, but the service we were provided through this company with Wyatt was so exceptional that I am writing this one. The receptionist was courteous, quick to understand our needs and to send someone out (Wyatt B) to work them. We were given a time-frame for his arrival, his name, and a text message with photo id 10 minutes before his arrival. He was on time, did a thorough inspection of our areas of concern, was curteous, professional, knowledgeable, and suggested several courses of action. There was no pressure to choose a particular course of action, just knowledgeable input, and questions and responses were given serious consideration. With the help of his apprentice, Milton, Wyatt was able to remove our old water heater (with great care and no damage at all to our stairs or walls), obtain and install our new one, all in one day. He carefully explained how to operate the new one, and what we need to do to maintain it. The faucets were inspected and fixed (bathroom) and our new kitchen faucet installed. All this in one day! They were careful to clean up what little mess the job made. We called with a question 4 days after the job was completed, and got a very quick response. Cannot say enough about the integrity, quality, and honesty of this worker and I think I can rightly say from his remarks, this company. Highly recommend and we will definitely use this company for any future plumbing needs. The price was in normal limits."

"Getting a walk in tub is expensive no matter who you use. My experience thus far is with installation only and I must say my install went great. It has been over a month and no issues with my tub so I cannot comment on repair process with American Standard."

"Steve had excellent communication and got the entire job done in just over a week from initial estimate to completion. His craftsmanship was excellent, his demeanor was very kind and helpful and his sense of expediency was unmatched by anyone else in the area."

"Converted tub to shower, 1 day installation! Professional from start to finish, it was very smooth working with them. I appreciated how thorough and transparent they were in regards to pricing and timeline of the whole project. Not the cheapest of the contractors I got quotes from but their labor and materials came with warranty and 1 day installation was worth the cost. Plus, their quote was still a bit cheaper than other well known national brands that offer similar service. Highly recommend Renken!"

"We had new tile installed in a laundry room; partial replacement of masonite siding; and repair and painting of ceilings. All work was completed timely and professionally. Ryan was in constant communication from start to finish of each work item and his crew left no mess behind. We will definitely consider Resurrection Builders for future home improvement projects."

"We had a great experience with Charles Graves Painting. They are responsive, prompt, and the quality of the work is excellent. In addition to interior painting, they installed wall molding in my master bedroom, and it turned out great. In addition, they finished two floors of rooms with tall ceilings (including the molding installation) in less than 2 days, and with very dark paint colors. All the painters wore masks and were extremely conscientious. I would highly recommend them."

"Mr. FIX IT has a great customer service team that are very helpful and friendly. They keep you informed every step along the way! The installation team of Kevin and Eddie were very professional and possessed ultimate knowledge of their task. They installed a new "Jacuzzi Bath" converting my 40 year old bathtub/shower combination into a beautiful and modern walk in shower! It looks fantastic! I will say that the conversion was not cheap, but quality materials and workmanship never is! I highly recommend "MR. FIX IT" and would not hesitate to use their services in the future! "Completed the install of our bath tub in one day or 8 1/2 hours. Workers maintaining cleanliness. I love the tub it’s deeper than I thought"

"Kevin was absolutely fantastic to work with. We wanted to have a 2 car detached garage built and he gave us exactly what we wanted. We gave him our budget (this was right before Covid and then a few weeks later Covid hit) and because of Covid-19 the prices of lumber went up and I'm quite confident that he absorbed a lot of the cost to keep us within our budget. He walked us through every step of the process. He always kept us informed of when there would be deliveries made to our house or if him and his crew would be here working on any given day. He always answered our text/questions within hours, or at the latest the next day. He started and finished our garage in a timely manner. He was able to match the roof and siding to match our house exactly even with the house being 10 years old. We plan on hiring him to finish our basement sometime next year. We have total and complete confidence in KOB, LLC."
