"We initially hired Bluebird to waterproof and encapsulate our crawlspace. They did a great job and so we hired them again to repair some joists. Once again, the work was great. We did encounter an unexpected problem with an old sump line, but after sending an email to Bluebird, they were willing to come right out and fix the problem. I even spoke with the owner, Troy, and the way he handled the problem made me feel like a valued customer. There are always problems in home repair projects; the companies worth hiring are the ones who are quick to fix the problems. Bluebird is a company worth hiring."

It cost $9K to drill troughs, enlarge sump with 2 separate drain lines through foundation 10â into yard, battery backup and alarm in my 8x8 crawl space/Michigan basement. Steve, Tom & Dakary worked tirelessly to get the job done right in this challenging old home with access to crawl space under staircase to 2nd floor! They were friendly, professional and left the house spotless when done. I highly recommend this crew, VERY hard working and extremely knowledgeable. Thanks guys!"

"The work was done almost 2 years ago and is holding up without any issues. It was done in the timeframe promised, done professionally and the finishing was excellent. I had flooring installed and developed an issue due to the installation. Both the owner and site leader recently came out and inspected the system to ensure there was no issue with the drain (there wasn't). This type of customer service is rare these days. "Ben performed an excellent inspection, and provided me with various solutions and recommendations with no pressure to purchase anything that I didn't want. On the day of the job, Dave and his crew arrived on time and worked quickly. They kept me informed of how things were going and did an excellent job cleaning up after they were done. "One screw type pier installed. 2 workers hand dug hole below bottom of foundation. Cleaned out under foundation for platform. Although foundation was deeper than I thought, the hole was done much better and quicker than I envisioned. Pier was screwed at bottom of hole with a hydraulic motor. Once limit on hydraulic pressure was reached, the pier was cut at proper level, platform installed, and cracked section of foundation was raised with a hydraulic jack. Crack in stonework closed up nicely without going too far and creating additional cracks. Workers had 5 and 15 years experience doing this work. Very professional and did a very nice job every step of the way. Note that I (homeowner) chose to move and reinstall landscaping stones and gutter drain. Also, tuckpointing/repairing the cracks was not included in the quote. I plan to do that myself at a later date."

"Excellently.  First of all, the initial visit to determine problem and solution was made clear.  The gentleman was not too pushy, but did tout the uniqueness of the Dry system.  I worked as support staff for a waterproofing company for about 6 years, so I was impressed by the thoroughness of the system.  The workmen that came out were very clear on what they would do, step by step, were very explanatory, polite, going over details as much as we needed, and answered all questions to our satisfaction. Daily  they were punctual and worked their tails off!  The foreman and all workers were very cheerful and polite.  They seemed to really enjoy their work, and even explained the benefits of working for the company.  The foreman seemed to have a pretty tight-knit crew.  The clean up afterwards was excellent.  Due to the outside excavation around the foundation, shrubs and plants had to be moved.  They were very meticulous in keeping in good shape what I wanted to keep, and even helped discard overgrown shrubs and cleaning up the branches and stumps.  I truly believe that they went above and beyond, and we had nothing but an excellent experience."

Gage Pederson, the Foreman, did an outstanding job of explaining what they were going to do, kept us totally informed each step of the way, and repeated everything, along with the warranty at the end of the job.
