The Design Consultant provided good information on particular laminates, which helped me decide on the best look for my home. Also, at the last moment I wanted to change my previous crown molding choice, the Installation Manager, with No hesitation, No hassle, No redirecting me to someone else, took care of it, ‘talk about great Customer Service’…Loved it!! Also Express Flooring moved/replace all furniture once the floors were in place….WooHoo!!! Lastly, Louise - the Installer, did outstanding job, his work is flawless!! I am so happy with my floors. "I was very impressed with Sentri Homes - their customer service was excellent. They sent a subcontractor to install some vinyl laminate in my bathroom and he ended up getting glue all over the carpet in our bedroom. The sub ended up ghosting both me and Sentri, leaving me stuck with a ruined carpet. Sentri stuck with me for over a month to get the carpet replaced with the identical original and to get the vinyl job 100% completed. The carpet was a Home Depot exclusive and Sentri handled everything with them. I will be using Sentri for a much bigger renovation I have coming up soon, because I know that they will make sure everything gets done right no matter what problems come up. The vinyl looks great too."

"ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!  After 12 years of abuse and neglect, the white half-inch grout between our floor tiles was so discolored and stained that I was sure we would have to demolish the entire tile floor and replace it.  I decided to try SirGrout before I went that extremely costly route and I'm so glad I did.  I cannot believe how awesome the floor now looks - it looks brand new!  SirGrout cleaned all of the tile and grout and then painted the grout white with an epoxy.  The epoxy is also a sealer so we won't have this problem again.  SirGrout is amazing and I highly recommend them.  They arrived on time, worked diligently and cleaned up when they were done, all at a reasonable price.  They honored the Angie's List coupon also, which made the price even better.  Thanks Angie.  Thanks SirGrout.I
