"Has done several projects for me. From completely new water lines (colored so people like me can tell whatâ s hot water and whatâ s cold water haha), to installing/fixing toilets! Simple or complicated, he figured it out and got the jobs done. Very clean and efficient too! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED for any of your needs! Professional and a straight shooter - wonâ t beat around the bush if itâ s bad news, but gives very fair prices! Value for the money is 10/10!"

"They had the work scheduled within a week. It was a ground water issue. We installed a collector box, dug up the damaged clay pipe, installed a section of PVC and backfilled. We were pleased with how soon they were able to start and the ability to be flexible when the problem was somewhat different from what we originally thought. I would use them again."

"He was great. Jamie was affordable, timely, and very honest. I could not be happier with the installation of our new water heater. Thank you Jamie Clay"

"Well, the first time the replacement was ordered it was the wrong one, which of course, delayed the installation a week. When it was finally installed I had to pay an additional $850 for code upgrades. This I was not informed of by Home Shield. Then we noticed that there was water on the garage floor and found that the pipe coming in from the wall was leaking at the wall so had to call the plumbing company back out to fix it. They first tried to say it was not their fault but since there wasn't a leak before they installed they did fix it. I have used Home Shield a few times before and never had a problem. Some of the companies they use are not the best so you have to research them before you commit. I have found HS service to be good if you do your homework. At the end of the day I was without hot water for almost 3 weeks but it was do to the plumbing company they sent out."

Hello, my name is Gary Burchfield, I would like to be your next choice to be your one and only plumbing service provider. I pride myself on the work I do and making sure my customers are happy with my services. I have been in the plumbing field for 23 years. I started at the age of 20 while attending Berea College. While in college I also worked at a local plumbing supply business. It was there where I realize my ability to solve problems associated with plumbing. As you well know the plumbing field has many choices of plumbers. However, I can assure you that you will get what you pay for! Many companies will patch the problem rather than fix it. This ensures you as a repeat customer. My approach is to fix the problem that is causing your plumbing concerns, or at least make you aware of the cause. This will give you a chance to make a better choice as to the action to take. I have made many friends with past customers over these past years and I would like to add you to that list!
