The damages occurred around a brick surround for a support pillar and also effected brickwork between two garage doors. Kevin paid attention to ensure that the replacement bricks matched the damaged ones. He also was able to cut appart undamaged bricks so that they could be reused and make the repair look as if the incident had never happenned. He protected the mortar from rain while it was drying. As an experienced 3rd generation mason, he did everything right. He was the best of 6 masons I interviewed. I would not hestitate to recommend him to others. "Sta-Built Construction can do it all! We wanted to make our back yard more livable with a solid foundation for a hot tub and gazebo. We were hoping to make better use of wasted space below our dining room window where nothing but weeds grew well. Brian was the estimator who sketched out a design that not only created a lovely outdoor space, but also incorporated the existing foundation wall into a new retaining wall. The plan also included a paver patio, seat wall, fire pit, and lights. The crew was friendly, polite and hardworking, even in the midst of a record breaking heat wave. They demolished the old concrete patio, built a landing from the existing steps, and moved sprinkler lines. They paid attention to details, taking frequent measurements to ensure accuracy of the construction. Ben was the project manager, checking often on the crewâ s progress and occasionally offering a helping hand where needed. He was very approachable and quick to respond to our questions. We were kept apprised of the scheduling date through the Sta-Built App, which we found helpful for tracking the project stages and making payments. The week of the work, the installers showed up by 9am every day and worked straight to 5pm, only stopping for lunch.
