"I contacted ACJ Remodelling to replace the old vinyl shake siding on my home. They were extremely knowledgeable about the process and took their time to carefully examine and plan out the work. ACJ Remodeling stripped away all the old siding, trim and caulking around my windows and primary entrance. They installed a premium siding from Alside and used fullback foam siding insulation. They completely repaired my porch roof with new wood to give it the strength and stability it desperately needed. On top of that they added shingles and a proper gutter with downspout. They did an unbelievably good job of uncovering the original crown on this home from the 1920’s and capping over it with aluminum. The capping work turned out so well, and really makes this home stand out from the rest. They were able to cap over the electrical conduit which is an eyesore on every house in my area. The facade of the home looks so much better and seamless now. People walking by are so intrigued and admire the work so much they stop to give compliments and ask about the contractor. I couldn’t be more pleased with the work and I will definitely reach out to ACJ Remodeling again to work on the back of my home in the future. I can admit that working on these older homes can be nerve wracking because you do not know what to expect under the siding or materials covering your home. But these guys know how to handle those challenges and I can confidently put my trust in them to take the work from start to finish."

"Royal Roofing did a great job replacing our roof and gutters. When it came to the roof, they arrived at 7:30am and were done by 3pm. Before they began working everything was carefully tarped and protected – including the neighbor’s house. Throughout the project, Mike, the project manager, kept us up-to-date about the progress with pictures taken from a drone. The drone pictures were also given to us for our records. We had the gutters done on another day, and once again, the job was done right. There was attention to detail from start to finish. Both Mike, and Jamie who worked on the gutters, took pride in their work. The roof, gutters and soffits look great. The old roofing and gutters and the mess that goes with the jobs was removed and everything was cleaned up before they left. Mike, the project manager, was great. He came to our house with a drone for the estimate and familiarized us with the work that they do and the warranties that come with the job. All of our questions were answered and written estimates provided. While the roof was being worked on Mike was onsite making sure that everything ran smoothly. He interacted well with the neighbors and put everyone at ease. When the gutters were done, he kept in touch and once again, everything went well. I definitely recommend them and would hire them again."

"Jose from Santamaria Roofing proved to be a true gentleman, he kept his word and his contract by showing up when he said he would, doing an amazing job, leaving my home looking better then it did at the start and took all trash & garbage with him. I had Santamaria do gutters on 2 houses, flashing on my chimney, as well as replace some pitted aluminum trim on my home. I will be having him back in the fall to redo more of my aluminum trim. "Very professional, install team showed up at 7:50am, slated for 8am. Removed all my windows, were very careful with removal, used drop clothes and disposed of all related trash. My new windows look great. The sales person informed me of all aspects of the job and the install manager double checked everything and advised me of all things that were required of me before the install. "Excellent experience. George (the owner) was on time. He sent a text confirming his arrival time. Equipment was appropriate for a residence. My home is 50 years old but was renovated including vinyl siding 20 years ago. Was looking like 20 year old siding. Now looks new. George also power washed the concrete around the pool. The pool is under some trees in one spot and was showing that. Also, you could tell where the cover was during the winter months. Well that’s now one uniform color and looks perfect. "I selected Maldonado Construction Group LLC after consulting with more than 7 roofers. I found them to be extremely well-informed about roofs types, roof installations, roofing materials as well as current roofing rules & regulations. They did a comprehensive physical inspection of the roof and gave me 2 options of what should be done. They emailed me 2 proposals within 24 hours detailing exactly what was discussed. They DID NOT try to sell me one way or the other. It was my decision to have them install a new flat roof. Once that was decided, I was in awe of their professionalism. They met the materials delivery truck and stored the materials on the roof to begin work the next day. Once they began the work, they meticulously engaged the entire team (sometimes up to 6 people) in the installation. They were always prompt, respectful and engaging. Needless to say they are skilled, competent, and proficient. Their work is guaranteed to be free of defects for 10 years. The roofing materials are under manufacture warranty. "Marty was very effective in evaluating the situation, showing me the type of materials that would be used, and providing a reasonable estimate, both for cost and time needed to do the work. 
The workcrew came on time, checked the drywell drainages for capacity (they passed), removed the old gutters and downspouts, stripped the rotted facia and replaced it, fabricated the new gutter system, installed it, and, threw in a roof repair and a skylight caulking for good measure.  Marty was there at times to supervise, but really the crew knew exactly what to do and how to do it.  They finished early, and there were no debris left after they cleaned up.  Since there was less facia damage than we had estimated, they came in under estimate.
I decided to wait for a real rainstorm before posting a review.  That rainstorm was Hurricane Sandy.  For the first time in years, we had no water in the basement after a rain.  Two weeks later, when we got phones and power back, I called The Gutter Guy to ask if they could fix the damaged section of gutter that was hit by a flying tree limb.  They came promptly, repaired 6 feet of gutter, cleaned all the gutters, and blew the debris off my roof for $150. 
Everyone at The Gutter Guy  from telephone reception, to installation, to repair (and Marty, of course) was friendly, professional, prompt, and highly competent.
