"Jose from Santamaria Roofing proved to be a true gentleman, he kept his word and his contract by showing up when he said he would, doing an amazing job, leaving my home looking better then it did at the start and took all trash & garbage with him. I had Santamaria do gutters on 2 houses, flashing on my chimney, as well as replace some pitted aluminum trim on my home. I will be having him back in the fall to redo more of my aluminum trim. He showed up with 7 guys and they all went straight to the project I guess was assigned before they arrived. Great crew, under a great boss! "Siding is beautiful. Gutters are nice. Our 2 day job took 2 weeks to complete. During install an exterior electrical box needed to be maneuvered so Siding could go behind it. This threw off electrical to a building that was tied to that outlet. No response from the warranty team other than pay an electrician to fix us and forward the bill for reimbursement. I asked for this in writing and got nothing. The gutter pitch is off and we were guaranteed it would be fixed with the installation of the new gutters. It was not and water drains directly onto an electrical outlet. The warranty dept is radio silent. The billing team was very quick to send us reminders, the bill, and more reminders."

"The entire experience was perfect, overall.  I had gotten two other estimates prior to meeting Marty from The Gutter Guy, and made my decision not solely on price (which was a bit cheaper than the other two), but also on the fact that The Gutter Guy was highly recommended on Angie's List.
After our initial meeting, we were able to schedule an appointment for about a week a later.  A team of three arrived at around 8:30am and worked tirelessly until about 2pm until the job was complete.  They cleaned up all the debris when they were done.
I asked them after they finished the job if they had enough material to put a matching leader on the air conditioning vent pipe (which was not part of the original contract, so it was wishful thinking on my part), but they just didn't have enough material.  After they left Marty called me and told me his crew mentioned my request, and he wants to send them back on another day to do it for me at no extra charge.  This kind of service is very scarce nowadays, and I was very impressed, to say the least.  They came back and installed the leader to hide the vent pipe, and now everything looks great.
I highly recommend The Gutter Guy. They're fair, honest, and go out of their way to make a customer happy.
