The reason was that the original had snapped after only three years, and while it could have been defective, the thought was that a spring slightly larger than that recommended by the manufacturer would create a better system. He also explained to me that there was no reason to replace the other at this point and that there would be no future savings in the case I did, that I would be charged the same now as later since the second diagnostic fee would be waived. Angel performed the installation. The consummate pro, he was extremely careful and exacting in all aspects of the job. Naturally, he made certain that the tension for both the new right torsion spring and the old left torsion spring was the same. A line is drawn across the length of the torsion springs so that the rotations can be measured. Angel also answered my questions as he completed the different stages of the work. I repeatedly called, texted, and left voicemails for Sunny (screenshots available), but he did not respond. After many attempts, he finally said he would send a technician on Saturday at 12 pm. I asked for earlier help?no reply. I reminded him again on Thursday and Friday?no reply. I cancelled all plans and waited at home, but no one came. Sunny ignored my calls and eventually texted: ?I am not working on Saturday, please don?t keep calling me.?
