After the crew finished, he took my list of 'nit-pick' things and made sure they were addressed. This company shows up unannounced with no material, walks onto your property without ringing the front bell, CANCELS APPOINTMENTS CONTINUOSLY. I paid for ice shield and they never installed it! Prior to this incident they made a repair on my Ridge Vent that they just installed, after 4 cancellations they made a 5 minute repair a child could have made! My neighbor across the street had a new roof installed yesterday 3/ 27/ 26 i told them DO NOT USE POWER REMODELING! WORST DECISION I EVER MADE WAS LETTING THIER SALESMAN IN MY HOUSE. Once this is over I never want that company on my property again! BEWARE MY FRIENDS "

"Completely replaced a roof and gutters with this company. I developed leaks a couple of weeks after the installation, gutters were clogged from the beginning, and they were not properly secured to the walls. They were paid in full, with reassurances that should there be any issues, they will respond. I attempted at the very least 25 times (no exaggeration) to reach them and have this matter resolved and when they did answer and an appointment was set up, they never showed or bothered to call to reschedule, I am still waiting for their call!"
