"Fue un buen muchacho y profesional mente en su trabajo, me hizo un excelente driveway"

"David did an amazing job! Very professional. When I saw the reviews I was blown away, so I decided to have him do the job. I expected an average job. Man, was I wrong. This was top tier work from start to finish. The framing, pouring, finishing, cleaning, I am very impressed. I highly recommend hiring this man for any concrete work, he will do whatever it take to ensure the job gets done the right way."

"Floors Sag or Shake was one of three estimates we got to reinforce the sagging floors in four rooms of our older home. We went with them based on the work they proposed and their positive online reviews, and we are completely satisfied with their work. They worked over three days to pour concrete footings, jack up the floors as best as possible, and then add permanent supports. They also removed an old vapor barrier and installed a new one. Each day, they arrived early and worked through the day. They communicated well and were courteous and professional. Prior to their work, our floors were not even close to level. More importantly, when walking on them, we could feel them "giving" under our weight. Now, our floors feel solid and look level throughout the house. While this type of work isn't as "fun" as other renovations, the cost of this repair is worth the peace of mind. Every time we walk across our floors, we are reminded of our investment. We also feel good about the transferable warranty—should we ever sell our home, a prospective home owner will have a good indicator that we invested in keeping this home safe and stable. Thanks, Floors Sag or Shake!"

"This company did an excellent job and kept their word. I would recommend them to others for the tree trimming job performed."

"Jeff (the owner) came by to assess a crack I had seen in my foundation. He told me that it wasn't actually a crack in the foundation but a crack in some superficial cement that was smeared over the actual foundation and is just a cosmetic problem that doesn't need to be dealt with. He gave me some advice and recommendations for some gutter work and didn't charge me a dime.
I really do appreciate the honesty because I really hate getting a sales pitch. I'd recommend this company to anyone who is looking for someone to give an honest assessment and I trust them to do honest work if I ever need it in the future

"The work corrected some of the sloping better than I had expected in the specific room."

"I'm very pleased with the quality of work. The look and design of the patio. My neighbors love it and plan on having Mr. Ramsey do their patio. He was a pleasure to work with."
