Who does that? **Keep Smiling does.** Technician **Byron Solares** was exceptional—knowledgeable, professional, and genuinely empathetic. The electrician went to check and stayed at the property for less than 5 mins after confirmation to do full diagnostic of the electrical system. I don't think less than 5 mins is enough to run a full diagnostic and later on advise to upgrade the whole panel."
