"Brandon was up-front and let me know that my repair on my older washing machine could end up being near the same cost as purchasing a new one, and didn't charge me for the service call to find that out. Appreciate his honesty and absolutely will call on him again the next time we have a repair need!"

"This pro provided useful information via a virtual (online) video consultation. Since this service does not send technicians to the home, they did not do the actual work. I am considering whether to order parts and try to complete the repair myself or under their virtual direction."

"Great service! Came out next day for heavy knocking and squeaky dryer. Fixed the knock on the spot, ordered parts for the squeak and came back in 2 days after he got them. Finished each one in under 30 minutes."

"Jess and his wife were amazing. Great customer service. Got out to look at my washer next day and identified what was wrong quickly. Will defintely call him for future repairs! Thank you!!"

"Right before Thanksgiving we detected a leak from our upstairs toilet between our floors; and our dishwasher died. I contacted AWP through their web site; the response and scheduling were prompt. Vlad showed up on time, listened, understood the issue, explained what he was going to do then carefully fixed it. Later that day, the Home Depot crew came in to install our new dishwasher and could not complete the job. Vlad was back later that day - on a Friday - and took charge. As calm and unflappable as the first time he took care of doing everything just right. I would definitely hire AWP again. Very few professionals I have dealt with project and deliver such peace of mind."

"There was some confusion from both my home warranty company and Appliance Repair Specialists concerning whether the two companies had a working agreement or not. Eventually, things got sorted out and the work was completed. This added several days to the time needed to get the repair completed. There was also some confusion on ARS' part about getting parts ordered once the diagnosis was complete. This added a few days as well. The fieldwork itself was quick, efficient and very professional. Brandon stayed in contact with me with updates as they were available. He arrived when he said he would and completed the actual repair in less time than originally estimated. Overall, it was a pleasant experience and I will call on Appliance Repair Specialists should I have need of their services again. My advice to a prospective new customer: verify that your home warranty company actually has a working arrangement with ARS before initiating a repair service. For ARS: When a prospective new customer says they have a home warranty, verify that the warranty company has you in their system and can assign the job to you directly. Mine (2-10) did not, which added time and extra work for all parties to get sorted out."

"Heath did an AWESOME job ! Arrived on time found the problem, ordered the parts & was back the next morning to complete the job ! Would Highly recommend him to Anyone ! And would Definitely use him again ! Pricing was Very fair too !!"

"Replacement went very well. Work was able to be performed on the same day thankfully. Process was explained prior to start so there were no surprises or unexpected costs which was nice to know upfront. Will definitely use Ally again!"

"Yesterday Andrey came to my house to fix one problem with our oven and he ended up fixing two problems. He was on-time and also called ahead to make sure I would be home. He asked if he should take off his shoes before he came into our home. Audrey was thorough and clearly knows appliances. He charged me a fair rate. I WILL NEVER USE ANY OTHER APPLIANCE REPAIR COMPANY. Audrey is fantastic."
