We live in an older house that had extensive water damaged over the years (much worst then anyone anticipated). Both Lee and Jason provided recommendations and solutions to everything that was needed. They finished the job nearly two weeks ahead of schedule and they came in under budget (which is an accomplishment in itself). We cannot Thank them enough for their honesty, their work ethic and the quality of work. We will using them again in remodeling the rest of our home. "The service call was placed on 12/10; vendor callled same day but was unable to respond until 12/14. He was prompt and declared the faucet was unreparable.. I asked if he could not try to repair but he said he cold not do that because if it din'fix the problem he could not replace the faucet. He stated that the replacement would not be exact but similar. My faucet had separaate lever for turn on/off but he said the replacement would probably be part of the sprout. We did not really appreciate this but he offered no probable favorable solution.. Not happy with response time but realize a close to weekend call caused this. Did not appreciate not even attempting repair."
