"Rick is as honest as they come.  His painting and remodeling is outstanding, he offers less expensive options wherever possible, but he always does things the way you want.  99% of the work he does himself, although he will hire someone periodically as long as they meet his standards.  We have used him to take care of our rental units, handle tenant complaints, and actually have had him as one of our tenants.  His bids are typically lower than others, but <strong>if</strong> he is higher than others, he will negotiate provided he can still make a profit.  He is professional, intelligent, and a genuinely hard working individual.  Hire him!  You will be very pleased"
