Unfortunately, the water heater is behind my HVAC, so they had to remove the HVAC, remove the old water heater, install the new heater, and replace the HVAC. They did a perfect job. He helped us decide to switch from a standard electric to a tankless gas heater which will save us hundreds of dollars a year. Johnny was super knowledgeable, gave us great advice, worked efficiently and hard for over eight hours, and was very respectful. His workmanship was excellent, and he walked us through all the logistics  of the new heater and new infrastructure. He was even cool about the three huge snake skins he found in the rafters. Eeew!
