"Jeremiah was amazing with customer service. Attentive, always responded. Lamar was the technician. I just didn’t feel like he had a lot of experience but he was here quite awhile, inside and outside the home. Jeremiah said they charged $299 and no mileage fee, but did not mention that the two tests to see if it was black mold would be $700! That was upsetting but you were stuck because you had paid $300 for him to come out. It took a while to get tests back but that wasn't their fault. Just wish we hadn't been blindsided, but otherwise very reliable."

I received a phone call the owner, John Spokis within 30 minutes on the Friday before New Year's. He explained the entire process and provided me transparent pricing over the phone and in writing via email same day. He was able to schedule us that Monday after New Year's. The installer Derek called me an hour before arrival to let me know he was on his way. He arrived on time, explained the work that was to be performed, reviewed the location with me and made sure I approved of everything before he started. The installation itself took about two hours. This included patching some cracks we had in our concrete at no additional charge. Frankly, I wasn't terribly excited about having a big white fan unit and pipe installed along my house. But I also knew that this was the optimal solution for our needs. And Derek took the time to make it look as neat and clean as possible. I really couldn't have asked for an easier or more pleasant installation at a very fair price. Oh and they guarantee after install that your radon will be 2pCi/L or below. They even give you a kit to test and make sure it has been lowered. There is a lifetime warranty on parts and labor that is transferable if you sell your home. And the fan has a 5 year warranty. Of the three companies replying, Indoor Doctor was able to send a tech out the same day to perform inspections, testing and provide answers to my many questions. The tech was very professional, courteous, etc. Indoor Doctors provided an initial quote of $199 for the visit, which only covers the visit and inspection. They break down the separate fees for each test beyond the $199 inspection. There is a separate charge for each sample test. Mold test and allergen test from the same location are considered two tests and charged accordingly. Their pricing was competitive. Their ability to come out the same day was what sold us on Indoor Doctor. "
