"I was very happy with them at the beginning but was more irritated than happy with them at the end. The two workers that did the demo, carpentry and painting were excellent. The guy that did the tile did okay with the tile but I found a place in the shower floor that was filled with caulk. It came out when I was cleaning and left a hole in the grout. There were several things they did at the end that I thought were sloppy. The supervisor told me to and quot;trust him and quot; and go ahead and pay him and he would come back the next work day and install the insulation that I paid for and I still haven't heard back after more than a month. I had someone else fix the things that were not right or undone.

"The project went very well and was completed in a timely manner. The crew were efficient, through, and quite a joy to be around. The posses a great sense of humor, sharing family stories, work stories while sawing, hammering and staying focus on their work. When I had questions about the pluming, they were quick to show me and explain to me what a "P" trap was and how it worked
The workers laid the tile out in the design I suggested to let me see what it would look like before the final process.
The crew of Dream Bath's of Alabama were sincere I their works and my wife is very pleased with the results. They even explained the warranty, and warranty process o the plumming, bath fixtures and they backed up their works. GREAT!

"Serviced was performed. The technician and assistant arrived wearing masks. They were very polite and professional. He assessed the problem and provided me with two quotes: One, to unclog drain and repair garbage disposal. Two, unclog drain and replace garbage disposal. I chose the quote for a replacement. Service was performed rather quickly, within an hour after actual work was begun. I would definitely hire them again."

"We used Al's help on quite some renovation on the new house we recently purchased and were really impressed. Therefore it is no surprise we called them again to do various things on our old house before putting it on the market.  Once again, Al delivered.  He and his sons arrived on time, took notes of everything we want/need, finished them all on time and even some extra at no cost.  Al will be our guy for all future jobs. We are already recommending them to all the friends. Please do not hesitate to call Al and you will not be disappointed!"
