"Top-notch! Custom Works built a large patio, wall, fire pit, and beautiful stairs in our back yard. We were impressed with their professionalism throughout the whole process. Glen walked us through the different materials and building options based on our budget. Nich was professional in all of his emails and responded quickly when we wanted to increase the size of the patio. The building team was 100%! They were efficient and did beautiful work. We absolutely love how everything turned out and would contract Custom Works again without hesitation."

"We are very pleased with our new deck roof project. It turned out even better than we even thought it would. Your installation crew of Ricardo and T.J. were awesome to work with, and were very courteous as well as professional. They both were willing to take time and explain the process of the construction, and ask if we had any concerns or questions. Your office staff was courteous and we were able to communicate with them via e-mail and telephone. Thank you for a job well done, we are looking forward to many happy years enjoying our new deck roof."

"Our roof is finally fixed properly. This is the third company that we have used for the same leak over a period of several years. Doug & his crew knew the correct repair necessary & so far, so good. We've not had much rain, but can see that our roof is water tight now. The crew was professional, knowledgable & easy to work with. They did a good job cleaning up the work area. Would definitely recommend ShorePro Construction."

"The whole process was relatively smooth. the sales person was good and knowledgeable. After signing the contract, two person crew came to measure. It took about a month and a half before windows were ready. Scheduling during the winter was a bit difficult, but it was not their problem. In bad weather, I would not want them climbing a tall ladder to install the window. Install was done professionally. We are satisfied. We would use them again.

"We had Chesapeake Install build a 16' x 14' new deck. Quality of their work is very good. We cannot be happier with the results. Very professional. At the estimate, provided copies of all licenses and certifications. His estimate was fair and company offered a price match from other estimates. Mr Mattison's staff was prompt and cleaned up after themselves well. Will probably hire them for other jobs in the future."

"Our home is only about 6 years old, but in a recent windstorm, a shingle came off. We decided to have the roof inspected as a precaution. After some research, I chose Mike Boone, and I am grateful I did. Mike was courteous, professional, punctual, and thorough. I would give him the highest recommendation."

"The service was efficient and professional.! The team pala construction provided for me worked so hard in all types of weather EVERYDAY and got the job done quick! I'm very pleased with the work and would hire them again! Thank you pala construction."

"I was just getting estimates for having a ductless AC system installed in my little cottage. I had a very charming man come to give me a bid. But oh my goodness, what a sales pitch. All about doing it rich this second to get this or that discount, and really putting the fear of God in me about things breaking down, and how they'll replace them no questions asked (I don't believe that for a minute). A really hard sale, and it was at least $2000 over everyone else, and generally $3000 more for a small house just needing 3 units. That's why they can offer the replacement units. But I'd rather buy an insurance package for $400 or some such thing. Not to mention, the route he suggested was quite lengthy and elaborate, and definitely not the easiest way to go about running the piping. That's the problem with someone in a suit selling something they've never actually worked on. Charming, but really savvy. I felt I knew more than he did about plumbing, which I probably do because of my work."
