Initially, he emailed me a detailed estimate and then came out to look at the shower and get me a more detailed quote which ended up right in line with what he had originally estimated. He was incredibly professional, honest, and knowledgeable, even helping me find and order the proper cleaning products so that I could maintain the shower myself in the future.

When researching cleaners, I did get a much cheaper estimate but decided to go with Ken because he was much clearer in his estimate and I didn't get the feeling that the final cost would end up skyrocketing from the original estimate (which I suspected might happen with the cheaper quote).

The quality of cleaning was top-notch. The shower looks almost like new again despite its disgusting appearance beforehand.
