"Overall experience was positive. The diagnosis was good and only required a $15 part that was able to install myself. My frig is working great. While my total cost for the repair was $80 which included the $35 diagnostic fee, the lowest other price quote was over $400. I am very pleased with this new type of appliance repair. "We hired Absolute Appliance Service to replace a plastic dryer vent with a metal one. Louie arrived promptly, and was competent and professional. We thought we might need a replacement belt for the dryer but, after inspection, Louie advised us that it was unnecessary to do so, as the current belt was in fine condition; a cost savings.
