He gave our house a total facelift and listened to all of our concerns as well as gave advice for how to make things look better, without overcharging us. It was a fair price for work well done, the crew was courteous and hardworking, and they cleaned up after themselves. "Excellent! I can't say enough good things about this project. We live in a 1920 Dutch Colonial, our walkway was falling apart. Miguel gave us samples to look at that would match our front Brick porch. The brickyard he sent us to allowed us to bring samples home to compare. He ordered what we wanted and within 4 days began the project. He came early in the morning and stayed well into the evening and completed the job in 2 days from demolition and removal of the old walk to the installation of the new one. He seeded the lawn that edged it. We selected him because he a patio and driveway and walkway for our nextdoor neighbors. We've lived here since 1974 and people trust the contractors we use. We highly recommend him and we always like to hire local owner operated businesses. For an additional fee he planted 2 trees in the front of the house. We are very satisfied."

"Had them remove the large old-school house fan and install a drop-down ladder in it's place. Overall great work. There was one day when the workers came a few hours late, but that happens and is understandable. The only part (which was my error I'm sure) that I was unhappy about was the painting of the door and surrounding ceiling was not included in the price - but I am pretty sure I told about it and simply forgot which was another $250. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!"
