The vent pipe runs from a basement store room into the attached garage and to the attic where the fan is located, the roof vent is on the back side of the garage and is not noticeable. I really appreciated that, since I was on my lunch, and I am more concerned about the home than the other buildings. Doug was very thorough and explained why he would either flag or not flag an item. He explained what to look for when it comes to settling of a home, which eased my mind. It is also convenient that Doug has his own Radon detector.
