She attempted to repair my garbage disposal unit but was unable to do so as the unit's wiring was worn out. I advised the unit is 40 yrs old. She recommended to purchase a new one. "Very courteous and nice technician. He ended up just snaking the kitchen sink drain. Unfortunately, the snaking didn't solve the issue that apparently was on the garbage disposer side of the doouble sink was the slow drain issue. The price for both the snaking and a disposer replacement were a bit high, but we were certain the snaking would take care of it. It didn't, so we are where we left off before. I think we can get our own disposer and install it without enduring the $800+ cost per the estimate. I do really appreciate the expeditious response by the company and the sincere and courteous attitude of the technician"

"The experience with Justin at Fire & Water Damage Recovery was excellent. They were referred by the plumbing company that serviced my sump pump. We still got 3 estimate, Justin's estimate was in the middle but I felt good with Justin based on our phone conversation and the referral so we went with this company. Justin did tell me that he might have estimated on the high side because he does not like to surprise the homeowners. What a surprise when I go the final invoice. The final invoice came in much lower and was very close or lower than the lowest estimate I got. Justin and his team also took pictures of how the place was before and after for me to see.
