"While the work New Image Flooring initially did seemed great, we quickly found a couple of problems with it. Namely, the washer they installed does not work: it leaks water all over our floor (actually damaged our new floor) and we are going to incur the additional expense of a plumber to fix it. New Image refuses to fix it, saying that they just installed the washer, and basically that they didn't guarantee it would work. This strikes me as a strange idea: that they would charge us to install something but not guarantee it would work. We will not work with them again, and do not recommend them. We are very disappointed."

"My overall experience with Tile Creations was great. I purchased the $5,000 bathroom renovation deal but spent an extra $2,000 on things that weren't included in the deal like glass tile, a granite top, etc. The employees were very nice and quick about getting the work done. I had very little clean up when they finished. Before the renovation my bathroom was ugly and outdated but it is now beautiful.

"I cant say enough about Lee. I had another contractor tile my master bath and they cut the carpet too short to meet the new transition to the master bedroom (as well as another closet transition). The other contractor just nailed the carpet down and left (after hiding under tape telling me not to remove the tape for a few days). Once I figured out what happened, I searched Angies List to find someone to repair it. Lee came out the next day and told me he could fix it. He offered me a good price to go ahead and fix it while on site and based on the price and his reviews, I went ahead. He fixed both transitions perfectly. Additionally, he walked around and fixed some of the broken grout due to a poor job by my other contractor. When he left, the space looked like it was supposed to when the other contractor left. Looking back I wish I had known Lee before I hired someone else to do the tile work. I will be calling Lee for all my flooring needs going forward."

"Everything went great, was suppose to start on Mon or Tues but it was raining. They got started on Saturday and finished Sunday evening. The work was fast and great. Jorge kept me informed on what was going on. Everything we discussed from the beginning was done. No problems came up. And when the job was done I was more than satisfied. Jorge and his wife have a great company, I will definitely be using them to floor my basement once it is through."

He did not expect payment until the work was completed, which was a refreshing change after having dealt with the fraudulent nightmare that was Chris Wray of Southern Design Tile and Marble. We had to purchase more marble because our first tile installer (Chris Wray) charged us for marble that he never purchased and never delivered. Adrian was helpful and passed on his savings to us. Just a complete breath of fresh air! He makes money on his work, not on the tile, and his work is excellent. Our marble bathroom looks beautiful! I will definitely call European Flooring Installers for any future renovations! Adrian communicates well, puts down drop cloths to protect wood floors and carpets, and cleans up after each visit. You are never left wondering when he'll return to finish. He aims to please his clients, and he does! We highly recommend European Flooring Installers!

"Our hardwood floor was badly damaged due to a pipe leaking from the condo apartment above us. As soon as we called Hometown Restoration, they responded quickly and sent their experts to inspect the damage. With the help of the dryers, they begin the drying process quickly. After that, they removed the whole hardwood floor and cleaned up our entire apartment before departing. Hometown Restoration performed an excellent job on floor restoration. They were quick to respond and helpful. They also had a friendly approach and were considerate. We sincerely thank the Hometown Restoration team for their excellent effort.
