"Quick quote. Prompt service. Good communication. Had brick house, dormers, stone patio, and roof cleaned. Great job!"

"I needed somebody to replace some rotting wood around the house and was having a hard time finding anybody to respond or return a call until finally listing with Home Advisor...It was a very good experience dealing with AJ from First Choice Renovations...Everything that they did was as expected, and I think a win-win for both of us."

"The owner, Adam, was responsive to our calls and questions. We have an older home and his crew did a good job making it look good. They painted our decks as well. The workers were polite and worked in very hot weather and during smokey conditions from wildfires. His cost was the same as another quote. We would hire them again. Bob"

"We had John demolish and rebuild our back porch on our 100 yr plus home. He was punctual and a hard worker. He made sure job was done to our satisfaction. We we definitely recommend him and use his services again"

"They go the extra mile to do the job right but also they explain to you what they're doing, how and time used. I like that from a business perspective. Chris the project manager has the knowledge, the right equipment and the right aptitude."

"CCR was very professional to work with. The entire crew was very courteous. Cleaning and staining our deck in this horrible heat wave was a challenge. But they continued to work. The job is well done. And their price was very reasonable."

"Rusty the owner was very nice man and professional. The crew came was professional and courteous and respectful to us and our dog. If we had questions the were willing to answer. They cleaned up after themselves as well. There was nothing left behind. They did an amazing job. We are very happy with the results. Will hire again. Great deal great job. If anyone is on the fence on hiring them don't be. Thank you to Rusty and the the crew. We really appreciate what you did for us. God bless."

"Nyboer builders did a great job with this project.  They took a bit longer than expected to complete the project,  but only a couple of weeks past the estimate and weather did play a part for some of the delay.  The quality of the work was excellent.  The roofing crew were all very friendly and very responsive to questions or small requests.    The job supervisor was especially professional and courteous.   I would highly recommend Nyboer builders to anyone.  I hope to use them again in the future for some remodeling work.

"I think my only complaint, and it's a small one, is that I had a little bit of difficulty getting a hold of these guys sometimes. But it was only once or twice. The rest of the time, the guys answered quickly and the work was done relatively quickly and professionally. They quoted me for less than half of what another company quoted me for, did the work faster, and also offered to do other repairs my house needed. Super happy!"

"Last summer (2022) T & C contracting replaced my roof for me. Tyler and his crew exceeded my expectations on cleanliness and professionalism. They completed the job in a timely manner. I will recommend them, and hire them again for future services."
