He first came to review each task, took notes and shortly thereafter emailed an itemized quote. Most importantly, he showed up on time and ready to work, we were at ease having him in our home and the quality of his work exceeded our expectations. It also bears mentioning that we'd received estimates for the same tasks from other handymen who inflated the complexity and cost of the job and/or overestimated their expertise (with carpentry and basic electrical work.)
