"Iâ m very glad to find ABALIA to replace the railings of my deck. The job quality is great. And Khaled is patient and responsive to my questions. The team finished the job in 2 days."

"Gil was terrific. Was on time for appt, pointed out some other problems due to no flashing when deck installed, and sent quote for replacement of door and frame, installing flashing, and bracing support beam. Work was done in a timely manner and everyone was very professional and efficient."

"Remodel or Renew Home Improvement did a excellent job on my new deck. They were professional and on time. I would highly recommend this company!"

"Carlos did an amazing job on replacing my deck. If I could give him 10 stars I would! He built a beautiful and functional deck and offered many helpful suggestions along the way. I also hired him to replace my roof. He is professional and great to work with. I recommend Royal's Construction highly."

"Leonardo was a pleasure to work with: I found him through reviews on yelp and angieslist, and was cautious at first, but very pleased. He was increbilty responsive, and his team did a great job for my highrise Boston condominium. His prices was fair, and he stuck to his quote. He showed up on time, his team was nice and considerate, and the work was well done. We had a problem with a wall of wallpaper installation, and Leonardo was on top of it everyday. Problems will and do arise; thats the nature of building, but the fact that Leonardo stepped up and took ownership and responsbility for the problems (and solutions) went a long way in my opinion. I would use him and his team again."

"Originally the project was for a remove and rebuild of the front porches for my 2-family house. They were falling apart, windows were old & odd sizes and wood needed to be replaced due to rot, etc. Steve & his crew found that a total removal was not necessary. They replaced the old footings bringing the porches to the proper level, reduced the # of windows needed, replaced them with beautiful sliders, replaced the floors, stained the new interior wood to coordinate with the stained wood ceilings & walls, installed 2 new doors, updated the porch lights and weatherproofed all the outside areas. Steve & his crew were a pleasure to work with. Their knowledge & expertise is phenomenal. I'm so pleased with their work and have already received many compliments on my remodeled porches. I highly recommend Steve and his outstanding crew."

"The company did a great job preparing and painting my deck. I thought I needed to replace the deck steps and they told me that was unnecessary because the step integrity was fine. They were enthusiastic about their work, on time, and wanted to be sure I was happy with the result. I will use the company again."

"We had a very large, failing retaining wall surrounding three sides of our property in Newton that required a complete replacement. I interviewed several contractors, some of whom backed out after seeing the scale of the project. Bruno and Junior Camara were the only ones who clearly had both the expertise and experience to take it on, and they also offered one of the most competitive bids. From the beginning, they were proactive and thoughtful. They collaborated directly with our structural engineer and landscaper several times to ensure the best possible solution and have provided helpful suggestions throughout the process. Both Bruno and Junior are highly responsive—available via email, phone, or text—and have even taken the time to reassure our neighbors when needed. Their crew is the hardest-working team I’ve ever seen. They start promptly at 8 a.m., typically work until around 6:30 p.m., clean up thoroughly each day, and only take a single lunch break. Beyond their work ethic,"

"It was good and nice job. The door was fine and I'm very happy with their worked. They cleaned up pretty good. The price was fair. They did everythig what they needed to do."
