"I called because my outdoor outlet stopped working. When the technician came, his obvious first move was to check whether the safety switch (a little button next to the outlet) had been triggered. It had, and there was nothing to be done besides reset it. When I messaged the person who was in charge that day that I wished I had known, he said there were other things it could have been. But on Christmas Eve, in the spirit, he might have suggested an old lady try first just pushing the button herself. He gave me a discount when I said I wished I had known."

"Work was done quickly and expertly and carries a 3 year warranty. Cost is based on project not time to preform which sounds like a benefit. I had one electrical outlet installed on outdoor front patio taping power inside right behind new outlet. Parts maybe $50; time on project 40 mins as he also checked two switches at front door too. Cost? $729. My fault I guess. I’m new to Iowa and didnt know the electrical code but I should have done it myself. No complaints about the work though."

"Both technicians were prompt, professional, clean and courteous. You cannot tell that anyone was even here they did such a good job cleaning up. We had a small wiring job (new breaker circuit and multiple outlets) to be quoted and Electrician Mike completed the job immediately following the estimate. HVAC Mike arrived shortly after and completed the overdue checkup on our furnace. He even cleaned the filter on our dehumidifier -- I didn't even know it had one, lol! We will be doing a remodel on our main floor soon and will have Cardinal out to do the electrical, plumbing and gas for the job. "Had an old fixture above kitchen sink go kaput (fluorescent starter disintegrated), so Cardinal came out and offered LED alternatives (two provided, brought on-hand from supply warehouse). Also fixed a switched outlet that had shorted out. Great work done, nice alternatives for the LED light, and switched outlet was wired to be always-on for one socket and switched for the other -- better than it was before at no additional cost. Later I called to ask the exact serial and model number of the LED light because the papers left did not state it. Not only did I get an email a couple hours later with the model/serial, the tech included the detailed documentation for the fixture so if anything goes wrong I can likely fix it myself next time. The tech who did the work also applied a 10% off discount card for me with no extra hassle, saving me close to $100 on the work."
