I called Capital Installers for a quote, which seemed to be a perfectly reasonable amount, and they were able to get me on their schedule that day. The receptionist was polite and professional. The workman took a little longer to arrive but I didn't have too long of a wait (around half an hour longer than what I was told over the phone...thus the B). He had both springs replaced in about 20-30 min. I wish he wouldn't have smoked while working in my basement garage (thus the other B) but otherwise he was quick, efficient and the garage door works great. When I got the bill it was exactly what I was quoted. If I have any other garage issues I would call them again, likewise I would recommend them to anyone who had a similar issue. <br />"

Not only did they build the cabinets that we wanted, they also took on some "unfinished" projects that we needed for our new home--fixing a set of antique corbels that we wanted to use on our covered back porch, they also converted an antique fireplace mantel into a beautiful built-in book case that is in the center of our home.
