"The design process with Timothy was very pleasant and professional.  He provided choices for plantings and helped me select the most appropriate.  There was a long wait for implementation, which was not unexpected.  An implementation date was finally given but nobody showed up, and nobody responded to my phone calls.  Eventually Timothy emailed me and apologized for the problems.  Work finally began several days later.  The crew, headed by Brandon, did an excellent job.  However, they were often delayed waiting for material or equipment to be delivered. <br />"

Everyone else used photos but also made the incorrect assumption about how our front porch was originally constructed and what the issue behind the crumbling was. The process itself was stretched out over two weeks roughly, but that was mainly because of the weather. PJ made a point to keep us constantly updated about when things would stop or resume. We also greatly appreciate that they lengthened the original rails to match the slightly larger stoop. We'll probably reach out once we're ready to do work on our basement!"
