"Quick, thorough, and candid replacement of water heater."

"We thought it was the element on the hot water heater but it ended up being one of the plumbing lines was leaking so they had to replace the line. The element, fortunately, was fine. The price was a little higher than I wanted to pay but they were very good and kept me posted as they were working."

"They replaced the hot water heater the same day we called. Excellent service but pricey. $2000. Only reason for not giving 5 stars all around."

"The best HVAC CO. that I have ever use."

"Excellent company! My water heater stopped working on New Years Eve. Unfortunately, the water heater is behind my HVAC, so they had to remove the HVAC, remove the old water heater, install the new heater, and replace the HVAC. They did a perfect job. They also replaced the freon in my HVAC, because the prior repairmen didn’t add freon. In addition, they fixed the jets in my spa. The team arrived on time, displayed professionalism, and cleaned up afterwards. I would definitely hire them again."

"Man these guys are great. I needed an HVAC system. They came out and prices were great. The tech explained everything and installed it in a timely manner. Well done!"

"Reasonable appointment date. Plumber arrived actual earlier than appointed. Showed his experience and expertise by correctly suspecting problem. Gave all repair options, including replacement of 8-9 years old water heater at a decent price; but he respected our decision to pass on that and did not pressure us to change the more economical solution we chose based on our own needs. Completed excellent repair job in great time. Very satisfied!"

"Thanks Chuck, Danny, Jimmy, Tim and Chris. Good technicians who enjoy their work and the company they work for. The complete installation was done neatly and efficiently. Good job of removing the 70 year old oil furnace. They were careful with the mess. I would highly recommend M.E. Flow for a heat pump installation."
