It was pretty cool to see the sewer pipe via their sewer camera. Very professional team doing the work. They left our backyard in the same condition as before. "I felt that he tried to make the job more than it was. At first he wanted to replace pipes along with the basket plus charge me what I felt was too much to make an adjustment on stopper on another sink. When I told him to just give me the estimate and that I was going to get another quote, he backed down and said all he had to do was replace the basket if I didn&apos;t want pipes replaced and he couldn&apos;t charge me to make the adjustment on the sink stopper which took him 5 minutes to do. He was polite and did a good job, but I felt he was trying to make the job more than it was. I pointed out to him that the main sink was only leaking at the basket and not at any pipes. had I not done that, It would have cost me double what the actual price was. Not sure if I would use them again."

"I was not impressed because what they did was that they sent somebody who was not a licenced plumber but was a handyman, and I guess that was because they got overwhelmed with people taking the big deal. He was a perfectly nice guy, but I felt like I was paying for a plumber and got a handy man instead. The guy was nice but I didn't get what I expected."
