"Over three years ago I fortunate to find Taylor Made Custom Contracting to work with on the remodel of my newly purchased 1959 house in Bel Air. Kevin was a joy to work with and totally got the remodel I was trying to do, which was easier said than done. Some of the features I wanted were nontraditional to say the least, and on top of that I had not actually moved into the house yet. Kevin had the additional pressure of working with me long distance! With all of that on the table, the construction job could not have gone more smoothly, thanks to Kevin's flexibility and the skills of the crew, and lots of texts, emails, calls, and photo tours. I did manage to make a couple of trips to visit while the house was under construction, so I was able to see the process from the framework up to the finish. I was so satisfied that I have called on Kevin several times, since the original remodel, for other projects. Last year, Kevin and his team completed a beautiful backyard porch for us, that we still ask ourselves how we did without. "I hired TMS to add a bedroom, laundry room and bathroom to my home. I wasn't sure exactly how it could be done on my budget, but Ted made it happen! He spent a lot of time planning and discussing the project with me, making necessary changes with my approval and explaining the process. "Additional work was needed to take the floor and walls down to studs and joists to remove rotten wood, so work took longer than originally estimated. Some items were back-ordered, adding to the length of the project. Workmanship looks excellent. I am very pleased with the new bath!"

"I've been pleased with previous jobs they've done for me.  And I am pleased with this one.  There were a few minor issues relating to my old house not being square, but they solved the problem quickly and got on with the job.  I am quite pleased with their attention to detail and finish work.  The new doors do not have the character that the old (original) dutch doors did, but they also do not leak like a sieve.  The new doors were an upgrade to fiberglass that Dimitri's knowledge of the product encouraged me to make from steel and I am very happy with the products they chose.  While they were here, I asked them to switch the doorknob from the old kitchen door to the basement and they did that.  At my request, they also took a look at my roof (I'd been told it had 5-7 years when we bought the house, 7 years ago) and told me that it did not need to be replaced anytime soon.  They do good work and are honest and trustworthy.  I highly recommend them. <br />"

" Carlos and his crew did outstanding work in installing a new ceiling in our living and dining rooms and in painting those rooms and our kitchen cabinets. We are absolutely delighted with the results! They were very punctual. Carlos explained the steps needed to complete the jobs. "Last year my husband and I had a new home built. Although we had a deck installed at build, there was no real outside space for entertaining. When Steve from Remodel Max showed up at our door it was perfect timing. We went over all of the options and discussed our wish list. We opted to create a screen room out of the deck and add a paver patio. It was early January when they started the projects so there were considerable delays caused by the weather. As the project moved forward there were some miscommunications regarding the design plans and concerns about the condition of the pavers; however, all it took was a phone call to the owner (Wayne) to get things back on track. Wayne went so far as to get the manufacturer involved to correct the issues. At that point Wayne oversaw all aspects of the project personally. He was always responsive to our calls and texts. He went above and beyond to make sure we were completely satisfied. He even provided some ideas that we decided to go with to make our patio enjoyable for years to come. Neighbors walking through tend to stop and comment on how nice our patio looks. We recommend Remodel Max to them, and will use them again ourselves for projects in the future."

"This was more than a bathroom remodel. The upstairs master bath had suffered water damage against and through anoutside wall requiring replacement of sheathing, studs, siding and insulation (second floor). TAP Construction was able to repair the damaged outside features as well as complete a beautiful master bath remodel. The work quality is excellent. Todd (the owner) was professional, and communicated well with me all matters including schedule. We are very pleased with our new bathroom and would recommend TAP Construction for any residential project. In fact, we have asked Todd to estimate replacing our concrete driveway."
