The guttering and fascia repair will be done soon. Emily Rinaldo, the HCR marketing rep., gave a thorough and lengthy (3 hours) presentation on every aspect of the roof. She is personable, professional, and knowledgeable. The well-manned roofing team arrived on the day stated and completed most of the roofing in one day. The roofers had been trained by HCR and were not day-laborers or sub-contractors. They returned early the next morning and completed their work in a couple hours. No unpleasant surprises here! Except for the damaged pieces of drywall inside and around the old skylight when the new skylight was installed. $200 was deducted from the bill for fixing the drywall. I appreciate this very much. The roofers are friendly and Ned is very patient with me when I asked him many questions. I also appreciated that your service immediately responded on the same day last Thursday after I found the rain water running between gutter and soffit on the part of back of the house. On the same day, the roofers came and adjusted the gutter level. Hope it is fixed. Will need to wait until it rains again and see if it is fixed. I would recommend this business."
