"Our new sunroom is impressive, beautiful craftsmanship, amazing attention to detail, replacing an old sunroom. All the windows were wiped clean before they left as well as the ceiling. The windows slide effortlessly. We had a gutter issue and they came up with a creative idea to manage the water. Our neighbors are stopping to see it. We chose the windows floor to ceiling and you can see the ornamental grass through it, a beautiful look. The installers were friendly and easy to talk with. We love it! Highly recommended! A++"

"I was very pleased with them! They answered questions or told me when they didn't know answers and then they went and checked and gave me the answers they found. They also even thought to tell me some things which pre-empted some of my questions during the design and build process. The design consultant made a second trip out to show me the details of some hardware and gave me the fine points of why he would recommend each kind so I could make a better decision for myself. The work crew were very skilled, knowledgeable, polite, and communicative, and they obviously took great pride in their work."

"Completed an upgrade to our 40-year-old kitchen w VKB Kitchen & Bath. Calvin worked closely w us on the design to get small cabinet and counter space in our townhouse. Al was our PM for the demolition and build-out phases. Al had the challenge as PM to coordinate demolition, new flooring on 1st level, electrical changes, cabinet installs and new fixtures that we purchased. They installed new disposal and ceiling fixture at no charge. No change orders on project. No gaps on work sequence. Finished in half of the contracted days. Great company, designer and PM."

"We contacted several contractors to get ideas and estimates on various jobs we wanted to get done. We needed some brick repaired on our mailbox, needed to replace a window that had started to rot and were interested in remodeling our bathrooms. Dave gave us very detailed estimates on all of the projects which I appreciated. We broke up the work into three separate projects and all of them went well. There were occasional issues but Dave was always responsive and did his best to resolve anything that came up. Throughout all three projects Dave provided excellent communication and was very responsive to any questions or concerns that we had. The window replacements were done 3-4 years ago.  The windows are good quality.  The measurement of one window was not done properly and the installer did a fix by adding spray foam.  The deck was done 2 years ago.  The deck installers were fired as they made so many mistakes.  The deck install was suppose to be done in a week, it took 3 weeks.

I had a service tech com out to check a deck problem in May.  He is no longer working there and was laid off with almost all of the staff in Gaithersburg.  I called over a week ago for a service follow-up call.  The receptionist in Baltimore answered the phone, as there is no one in Gaithersburg and the phones are forwarded.  I am still waiting more than a week for a follow-up service phone call to be returned by the person who schedules service calls.   I have no idea how long it will take before someone can come to my home.  I am concerned that if I had a major problem, I would be waiting months to get a window repaired.

He was on time every morning and if he wasn't coming out that day he called to let us know. We have not had any issues with the work that was done and are very happy with the addition. "Mr. Rodriguez showed up exactly on time both times and they worked very hard while they were here. They covered my new wood floors with tarps and protected my living space. They were courteous and kind. The crew were very nice to me and went beyond the call of duty, I felt. The finished products were done professionally and perfectly. The wall that had to be rebuilt looks like it has always been there - just now it has a big cabinet and towel racks. All three bathrooms were professionally painted with no spatter and clean lines. They all have sufficient area to hang hand towels and bath towels.I worked in the house while they were here and they were very professional. All-in-all, this was a great experience and I would highly recommend this company."
