Came early the next week to finish removal of old tile, after time for leveling agent to dry, came back and installed the new tile. Benjamin Spradley is great - on-time, keeps you informed if he will be late, did incredible work. In addition, when grouting, he found a defective tile he hadn't caught, removed it and replaced it and you would never know it had happened. Payment was only requested after the job was done and I told them I was happy with the result. There were no hidden charges or BS. I wrote the check out for the exact amount on the estimate. Jerry's estimate came in from 1000 to 7000 dollars less than the other 5 estimates I got from Angie's list vendors. He's friendly, local, and great. No deficits to report."
