Jake was effective in working with us and our insurance company in helping us understand the process, from the initial visit by the claims adjustor, all the way through the final roofing install. The roofing crew were very professional and efficient. They replaced an area of bad decking, kept a clean job site and finished in just 2 days. As an additional item, we elected to have them install solar power roof vents, which will help keep our attic cooler in the hot Oklahoma summers. "It went pretty good.  I had all the materials for them to use.  The kick plate was too tall.  Will need to find the right size.  The front door has a crack in it, which I thought would fill in with the wood filler.  It was in a bad spot, so when the stain was applied, it did not fill in. I will clear coat it, add the kick plate & insulation.   I will have John will come out again - will look at his coupons & get a list together.  Definitely need the porch light replaced soon.  We also discussed a possible electrical issue with the porch light - seems the builder /electrician (1988) may have connected the front light switch with the hall bathroom & bedroom lights.  I was glad that John was able to schedule me, it was 2 months!   John & Wayne were very nice & I will call again soon! "

"This repair service was the best fix-it experience I have ever had. The servicemen arrived exactly at the time we had agreed upon, brought the tools and supplies they needed. They repaired the air return that I had called about; better than it was originally, ensuring that the problem wouldn't happen again. I had a dripping faucet that a plumber had told me would have to be replaced at a cost of about $200.00 plus a service call. Mr. Smith said to let him take a look at it; and he repaired it in about ten minutes. The cost of both jobs was a fraction of what I had been quoted for just a service call to access the problems. Both servicemen were very professional and respectable & didn't leave a mess.
