Last summer the insurance company I have my homeowner?s policy with sent a letter saying they noticed my roof had damaged/deteriorating shingles and would not renew my policy unless I replaced the roof.  Having my back up against a wall, I had no choice but to find a roofing company.
I liked what I saw listed about Air Roofing & Contracting on Angie's List so that is who I decided to contact.  That was one of the best decisions I made!  This was my first time having to deal with a roof repair so I was nervous about the whole process, but from the very beginning, David Rodriguez with Air Roofing was there for me.
David inspected the roof and noticed hail and wind damage to it and advised me to put in a claim with my insurance company.  I'm especially glad he told me to do that, otherwise I would have never of known this was something the insurance company would pay for.  Then when it came time to meet with the claims adjuster, it was David who represented me with him (that saved me from having to miss time from work).
Basically it was David who took care of everything involved with replacing the roof.  From inspecting the roof, to immediately starting the job, to seeing it completed quickly, and to making sure the job performed by his crew was of high quality.  I believe the only thing I did was placing the claim with the insurance company and picking the color of the shingles for the new roof.  It was such a relief dealing with a company that didn't require constant checking up on to get the work started and/or finished!
David also took the time to explain all aspects of the roof replacement to me.  I found his knowledge on the subject to be extraordinary.  Also, I found David's character to be extraordinary as well.  I had a lot of issues happening at the same time as the roof replacement and David was very understanding and respectful of that.  Even at my most distracted moments, he was always patient, especially if I needed him to repeat the same thing over a few times.
So, the bottom line for anyone needing to have work done on their roof, contact Air Roofing & Contracting.  You will not be disappointed that you did!

"The company representive came to my house and gave me a demonstration of the windows and an estimate. On a later day, the installer, Travis came and measured all the windows and discussed the best time to install. He gave me a time line as to how long it would take to get the windows produced as well as an approximate date of installation. In a couple weeks, I got a call from Travis and we set up the date and time for installation. The crew arrived at the time we had agreed on and began working immediately. Everyone was courtious and respectful. They worked consistantly and completed the job, 10 windows including two areas that needed a little modification for the new window, completely cleaned up including taking away anything that was not going to go back on the windows. Travis communicated with me throughout the job to let me know what he was doing. He answered all my questions and demonstrated how to use the windows including the tip out feature and the sliding screens. I am very happy with the quality of the windows and the service provided by the company. I will use them for other jobs in the future.

"As people who live in Oklahoma know, we get hail storms every year. I have had a new roof on my house 3 times in the last 5 years. After the last storm Stacie from Roca Roofing came by the house. From the start she was nothing by nice to my family. I never felt like she was pushy. She got on the roof and took some pictures for me to see. She was very knowledgeable and even sat in the living room and helped me file my claim. At first I was a little thrown off by a female, but she did things better than any other company I had used in the past. She was there when my insurance company came out and was always making sure I understood everything. My ex husband had always handled all the claims before so this was all very new to me. Stacie never moved on with anything until she was sure that I understood what was going on. She took a lot of time to explain the products to me and we had fun picking out a roof color. The guys that put on the roof did a great job. It looks AWESOME! They were great about cleaning up after themselves! They did break a light on the outside of the house while tearing off the old roof, but Stacie called to let me know what happened and it was replaced 2 days later. Stacie was on site checking in during the installation on the roof and always called me at the end of the day to make sure I was happy with everything. The guy, David that did all the inside work on my house was very nice as well. He did a great job and cleaned up very well. I am hard to please when it comes to my house and I was very happy with all the work that was completed. It was 100 percent painless for me! I highly recommend using Roca Roofing and I would call Stacie for sure!! I cant speak for anyone else there but her, but she was AMAZING!! If I ever have to get a new roof again, I will be calling her back. It is one thing  to have a good sales person, but to get a great sales person and have everyone that did the work be great as well is even better! I honestly can not speak more highly of Stacie and Roca. I have sent several friends and family members to her as well. I think it was nice working with a woman because lets face it, men are just programmed different and she really gets what it takes to keep a woman happy, lol. I wasn't going to do this review, but I got a phone call from her about 2 weeks ago just checking on things and making sure that everything still looked good and that I had not had any issues. You just don't get that with anything anymore these days. I hope that someone reading this will decide to use her. She helped us so much that I hope this review can in some way help her. Roger and his crew did a great job on both our kitchen and bathroom remodels.  He was very responsive to my questions/ requests.  I felt that we had a good working relationship throughout the whole process.  He was easy to contact and returned calls/texts in a timely manner.  The people that worked in our house were professional and did top quality work. When we had issues with work, we did not think looked its best or did not work properly, he came in a fixed them.  It has been two months since our remodel was completed and I couldn't be happier.  I love my new kitchen and bathroom.  They are both exactly what I envisioned them to be and I appreciate that it was completed in the timeline that was outlined at the beginning of the project.  I would highly recommend Roger Allen and Associates.

"AHS is ok. They cover repairs of most everything under the roof of your house. The companies that contract with them are not always the best. You call AHS with the issue, they send a fax to the repair company and give you the contact info. If they don't contact you within 24 hours, you call them. Sometimes they answer, sometimes they don't. When they arrive (usually three days or so later), they service the item. if it has issues within the 90 days, you call AHS again, they are sent out with no charge. If the serviceman decides the unit is unrepairable, AHS will allow you to choose a replacement from their listing (usually not as good as what you have) they will install and remove your old item, or give you wholesale amount to buy and install your own. Prices vary on what you want covered and what you want the copay to be, plus where you live. For me it is 49.99 per month with a 75.00 time of service order. You can have more than one item serviced at the same time under the same fee. If you have a SEAR product the repair guys are great. Not that wild about the other ones they send out. But it is a big savings compared to calling someone on your own. The cost of service is only the 75.00 copay."
