He also designed, fabricated and installed new iron railing pairs for the porch and both step sets, having taken meticulous angle measurements of the old ones. The custom handrails and pickets are an exhibit of top notch welding and are anchored quite securely. In its precision and detail, the brickwork has been described by other contractors as seriously impressive. Neighbors and passersby have stopped by to give their compliments, some asking for his contact information. In the beginning, he carefully assessed and shared his vision of the finished work, and the estimated costs. In the end, the bill was below his estimate. You’ll find none better to deal with as well. Throughout the project they allocated sufficient time for each treatment to cure and inspected the work before proceeding to the next step. Grady started the project with no money down and only required ongoing payments for materials until the project was well underway. The final payment was due only after they did a final inspection. Total project cost was also below other bids."

We had kind of an unusual project, but they jumped right in and handled it beautifully.  The project was set back by problems on the supply end (not the fault of Brick Solutions, but rather of Lowe's, who sold us a broken window) and Joe took it in stride.  He just moved us around in his schedule and everything worked.  (We were able to be somewhat flexible, which helped.)
When problems came up (again, with Lowe's), he returned text messages within minutes and gave me the confidence to move ahead in his absence.  
As the project progressed, we asked Joe to do other related tasks (like our steps and eaves), which he was happy to do at a very fair price.
The only drawback was that Joe & Co. don't  do any interior work, so we had to hire other contractors to finish this rather large project.  Not a big deal, but we would've been perfectly happy to hire Brick Solutions to do everything!

"Chad showed up when scheduled to give us an estimate. We had a general idea of what we wanted and tried to convey our and quot;design thoughtsand quot; to him. He was very helpful with suggestions as well, when asked. Within a day or two of his initial visit, he provided drawings and a written estimate for the work to be performed. We had gathered different estimates and his, although, not the least expensive, was the most complete, detailing costs for material/labor for each step of the process. The drawings he provided gave us assurance that he did, indeed, understand what we were looking to have done. Once we made the decision to go with his design/estimate, we provided a deposit and were put on his schedule. He began the job on time and stayed within his estimate on costs. All of his work was done as promised and done within the time frame he promised. This was especially nice because the weather was not always cooperative. Upon completion, he even came back to ensure that everything looked good to us and that we had no issues with drainage or runoff, etc. We absolutely LOVE the patio. It looks exactly as we had pictured it would. We will definitely keep him in mind for any future projects.
