Ricardo's was the best of several bids for the project; he came out right away when I called to look at the work to be done and e-mailed a detailed, professional proposal (unlike the verbal or just scribbled total cost we got from 2 others!) He listened carefully to what we wanted and made professional recommendations such as the type of paint to best cover our formerly oil-based painted interior trim. He and his friendly, hard-working crew did a beautiful job and were careful about protecting furniture, not letting our dogs get out and cleaning up after each day's work. The man who smoothed our ceilings is an artist! Despite a rain day followed by Santa Ana winds, they finished 2 days ahead of schedule. Ricardo is a very personable man, easy to communicate with; we enjoyed working with him and his team. Highly recommended!"

"When John bid my exterior paint job, he took me, step by step, around the property, explaining the details of how the house would be prepared prior to painting, and told me exactly what he planned to do. His bid was in the middle of the three I obtained. The lowest was a painter I had used before, but his work was less than great. I chose Citywide based on their many years of experience, and because of the reviews I read. John Shaw is a general contractor as well as a painter. I had him do some minor structural repairs as well. He was helpful with color selection. His team showed up each day, right on time and prepared to work. His crew works efficiently, and they cleaned up after themselves daily. John is a hands on supervisor. He followed up with me, and his crew, twice daily, to assure that everything was done correctly, and to my satisfaction. It was. I will gladly use his services again for future painting needs."

"The painting done looks gorgeous and on can tell that the painting was professionally done. The final contract that was drawn up for me to sign had great detail and was accurate. The production manager included some extra things as painting the retaining wall in the back yard. The painters spoke courteously to me and my wife. The foreman spoke perfect English. One of the painters helped my wife go down the driveway with her walker down to her car that was parked on the street. The painters showed up on time and didn't make a lot of noise like loud talking or playing the radio loud during their lunch breaks. I was especially pleased with the workmanship. They put two coats of paint plus primer on all surfaces, and I am sure that the paint will look good beyond the five year warranty period. The company seemed to have a lot of integrity and will take care of anything that was inadvertently missed. They left at least half a can of paint of each color and some stucco for future touch up."

"While they were up there cleaning the gutters they told me about the deterioration of all the sealants on the air vents, the chimney and exhaust fans on the roof. They took pictures and showed me and I had them redo all the sealants. I have a feeling that that was a smart way for them to get some more work (most people aren't aware of the damage the Ca sun can do). It was the owner of the company and his son that did all the work and they were clean, pleasant and professional. When the 1st rains came after the work was done I suddenly remembered a small leak we had had in our bathroom and IT WAS NO LONGER THERE!! I was very happy with the work they did and would definitely recommend using them."
