"There's really not that much I can say. The two men who arrived both put booties on, which was nice. One of the men ran a test for chlorine (found some) and to determine if I had hard water (I did). Normally I wouldn't have allowed two workers, since I've been burned in the past by theft. It's a common strategy for one worker to turn the water off and while you are watching the man who is doing the inspection and repair work the other is looking for items to hock. But these two seemed honest enough. After all was said and done the disposer was beyond repair -- something had "snapped." The disposer was relatively new so I wasn't about to purchase a new one. The man said he had never seen a disposer vibrate that way, but I had researched it online and it's not too uncommon. ???"

He went above and beyond to do the job, snd clean up. Whoever answered the phone when I called this am, squeezed in my appointment, and never did I have to speak to a machine. It has been a week since and it's working great. the big name pro that gave me a song and dance on how they're the best in the industry, misdiagnosed my boiler issue and would have charged me 10x more for a job that wouldn't have fixed the problem.
