Gary was able to assess our issue realizing quickly that the actual expertise we needed for fixing our frig was not in his direct wheelhouse. What did he do? He provided another contact for us that was more geared to our needs! Who does that in 2023? This is a Vey honest, vet-owned businessman. He did not even charge us for the diagnosis-again, 2023? They returned the next day as agreed and worked with my schedule. "I was searching for a provider to fix a 5yr old dryer.  it was making a terrible banging noise, so I decided to seek help
Fewman Service and Repair called almost immediately after an email was sent through Angie's List. 
during the phone call, a time was set up for the provider to come the next day between 12-1 pm.  the provider actually showed up 5 minutes early.
once inside, he took the dryer apart, found the problem, called the parts store, picked up the part, came back immediately and replaced the part.  after putting the dryer back together, the dryer is working beautifully.
